Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha reacted to SPAK's request for the measure of house arrest with police supervision as he called it an order of Rama.
In a press conference, Berisha said that the attitudes are unconstitutional. Among other things, he said that if Rama puts not one but two battalions at his palace, nothing impresses him.
"It is Edi Rama's request. Don't mix things up. This is a genuine political process. It is Rama's request. In his unconstitutional, illegal attitudes towards the opposition, dictated by the horror and fear that the opposition led by Berisha would return him as rot. No problem, this is an ensemble controlled by Rama, who thinks that he will extend his power in this way, but the opposite will happen. I guarantee you that PD will stop at nothing in its civil disobedience and determination to overthrow this regime that has replaced laws with mafia code. All you see is a battle between the law and the illegal. Everything unfolds like a movie. I have not had any doubts about Edi Rama's immoral world view, in a way I am demonstrating to every Albanian what kind of face he has. He did not catch the opposition by surprise. She is confident in her victory. Berisha has never returned for a smaller personal interest and to make Albania a real opposition. If two battalions put the palace, I have no impression (laughs). Edwin you are hopeless. Whatever kind of act you take, you will not prevent me from removing two from power", said Berisha.
