The deputy of the Democratic Party, Flutura Açka, has spoken about Criminal Amnesty.
According to Açka, the amnesty should not affect the justice reform by forgiving criminal offenses that are being investigated by GJKKO.
"SP is trying to fish for votes for criminal amnesty. Amnesty should not affect justice reform. Amnesty must come with full consensus. This means that the reform in justice has problems with its application. The withdrawal of the amnesty happened behind the scenes of the "fishing" of the deputies. If the majority has started fishing, very well to continue. If there are MPs who sell their dignity to vote with the majority, let them do it. We are in favor of criminal amnesty, but with conditions. Our conditions are that the protesters are amnestied and that there is no reduction for those convicted by the GJKKO. We are amnestying the files in the hands of SPAK, so what does it mean that we did the justice reform? SPAK cannot be shaken. We are against the violation of the new institutions of justice. The official PD will make its votes transparent. A dangerous law was voted in the parliament, such as the law on protected areas", said Açka.
Flutura Açka underlined that she is disappointed by Gazment Bardhi. She stated that someone is interested in blurring the situation in the Democratic Party.
"I am disappointed by Gazment Bardhi. I don't know what project he had, maybe he failed with his project. In case Bardhi has a better idea, I could also go to his group. Lulzim Basha's project for DP is more reliable for me. You cannot say that we are DP, because we are the majority. This is unfair and unfair. Someone is interested in keeping the situation in the Democratic Party unclear. If Lulzim Basha loses again, it is his right to resign or not", declared Açka in an interview for News 24.
