On January 30, 2024, "Pamphlet" published the denunciation from sources in the Ministry of Finance, about the order given to ministers by Prime Minister Edi Rama, through Secretary Engjëll Agaçi, that starting from February 1, 2024, BKH agents should not be allowed to seize documents, computers and phones of officials in any institution without warning.
Ministers, members of the "Renaissance" in social networks and media; they called the denunciation published by Pamphlet "slander", but the order not to accept BKH in the government offices was accepted by Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In his interview with "NewsBombë" magazine on February 18, 2024, Edi Rama answered the question of whether he gave an order to obstruct the work of BKH and SPAK:
- Yes, it is true, because they are ugly and completely unnecessary shows that BKH investigators make in state offices, entering without prior notice, without maintaining any ethical minimum, without respecting the fact that officials do the work of the state and they owe it to neither SPAK nor BKH to arbitrarily proceed with psychological repression against them and their families.
To the question of whether this order hinders the SPAK investigations of the BKH, Edi Rama answered: - I have done my duty, telling the heads of the institutions, who appears as the "Mother of Zeqo on top of the story" in the name of the BKH , must return to where he came from, after cooperation with the investigation, must be according to the law on information with a prior request (two weeks in advance), without entering the state offices as unsigned types and without stressing the administration employees.
According to Prime Minister Edi Rama, BKH investigators, for any check, document, seizure of files, computers, USB drives and phones of officials, must notify the Prime Minister, ministers, general secretaries, chief inspectors, chief directors in writing in advance. the municipalities, and wait until the requests are approved by them.
