According to the information, SPAK has put under investigation several well-known names in the Parliament, while the latest one is the democratic deputy Asllan Dogjani. A few days ago he was interrogated by the prosecutors and refused to give details, but it is known that he was called on the investigations that have started against him, as there are suspicions that he has hidden the wealth, not declaring it correctly in the annual declaration to the ILDKP. According to the information, SPAK has sent letters to several institutions, such as Cadastre, ILDKP, etc., while the testimony of the deputy has become part of the file.
Earlier he went to SPAK, Luan Baçi. He has stated that the denunciation was made by a 'patronazist' in Fier. It is learned that Luan Baçi was taken to SPAK by citizen Aredin Behari. In this report, the citizen Behari claims that the deputy Baçi has hidden an asset of almost 800 thousand euros through the machinations of an investment with his close person. Citizen Behari shows through the evidence how in the period 2010-2011 the MP Luan Baçi, through his wife, made an investment worth 783 thousand euros in cash in a tourist complex in Vlora. Citizen Behari claims that deputy Baçi does not declare this investment, as he is afraid of a property investigation by SPAK.
