Strong tensions on "Marko Boçari" street...
As the official election schedule has ended, the situation in Tirana has heated up. The DP claims to have discovered an informal SP office, where vote-buying is suspected. According to the DP, it was a patronage office.
Initially, it was a Syri TV journalist who saw people with laptops and bags, then Erion Braçe appeared there and had a verbal altercation with the journalist.
" You and this bandit here " (Addresses the DP representative and journalist Ambrozia Meta).
" I'm telling you, get lost! I'm not counting you out ," says Braçe.
After the media reported the incident, people came out of the office with bags and ran away. This prompted Tirana's political leader, Belind Këlliçi, to leave.
" I'm Belind Këlliçi, this is the sixth call to the police. We have a physical conflict and electoral crime in flagrante delicto. 'Marko Boçari' Street. This is the sixth call in an hour ," says Këlliçi, who accused the police of not going there.
Then he had an argument with Braça. ' Don't say anything more to him ,' Këlliçi-Braça says.
" This is an undeclared electoral office. Erjon Braçe is locked inside. We caught people red-handed with computer lists. I want a check to be made because there are suspicions of money ," added Këlliçi.
Then the police arrived and surrounded the office. The DP demanded the presence of SPAK prosecutors. Adriana Kalaja, Tedi Blushi and other opposition candidates also went there. There was also an official regime from the DP.
" A flagrant case has been documented near the "Petro Nini Luarasi" school where the state administration, in violation of the law, is suspected of possessing electoral materials, electronic equipment and monetary sums to alter the will of the voters. 3 official representatives of the Democratic Party have notified the State Police, which, although the office was located in the center of Tirana, was delayed for over 90 minutes, giving them the necessary time to manipulate the evidence of the electoral crime. Edi Rama's drug regime once again showed its face ," the DP states.
Meanwhile, it is learned that the police have escorted 3 people who were at the office in question. Braçe himself claims that the office was his personal one. But the office does not have a SP logo and electoral offices near voting centers are prohibited.
