Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj has made another serious public denunciation during his fourth interview on Syri TV, where he stated that he was directly threatened and that there was a criminal plan against him for kidnapping and physical elimination.
According to Ahmetaj, the events occurred while he was living in a rented apartment abroad and the information comes from service sources.
Ahmetaj stated that the threats were direct and personal. "At Rotondo e Nobis, where I was renting, they threatened me directly. Regardless of the person, we are talking about a former minister and former deputy prime minister," he said, emphasizing that his institutional status did not protect him from criminal pressure.
Further, the former Deputy Prime Minister revealed that during this year he received verified information about an attempted illegal seizure of a person.
Arben Ahmetaj: I was directly threatened at Rotondo ee Nobis, where I was living as a renter. That is, regardless of the person. We are talking about a former minister, a former deputy prime minister.
During this year, there is a lot of news, there is very real information from service sources about an attempt to illegally kidnap a person. And here the authorities are informed and notified. So, they had a plan within the criminal group that I mentioned above, that they discussed, up to the physical elimination.
Of course, that was the plan from the beginning. For illegal seizure of a person from here, I had crossed the border with them, then according to them I had crossed the border illegally into Italy. In Italy the carabinieri would have caught me and they would have taken me to Dumani so that I would never get out of prison alive. Of course they gave up for three reasons, the three reasons are not important, important for Albanians. It is a conversation made by a criminal organization.
