Details have emerged from the appearance at SPAK of the former mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia. Today was the third time he had climbed the stairs of the prosecution and according to sources he was informed that he had been charged with "abuse of office". As of today, Spahia is officially a defendant.
The issue that has set SPAK in motion has nothing to do with tenders or suspicions of corruption, but with the decision at the time to remove the city's water supply director, Mark Molla, from his post, who had been appointed long ago when Voltama Ademi was running the municipality.
