Bardh Spahia remains at the doors of SPAK, the former mayor of Shkodra appears

The former mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, has appeared before SPAK again. This is the second time he has appeared before the prosecution.

The last time he was there was on December 24th of last year. Even then, he said he had appeared for a matter that had no public interest and was not related to corruption or crime.

Sources close to SPAK revealed that the former mayor of Shkodra had made statements regarding a complaint made by the former director of the Shkodra Water and Sewerage Company. The former director, appointed to the position by Spahia's predecessor, Voltana Ademi, was dismissed from his position by the former mayor and for this reason he has requested an investigation against him.
