Votes from Greece have put a strain on the counting of envelopes from the Diaspora. The Democratic Party has ordered the commissioners not to accept ballots from the Hellenic state. Flamur Noka himself went there to instruct the commissioners.
Meanwhile, there has also been a clash between Noka and Ledian Ahmati, candidate of the Albania Is Made Initiative, after the latter described Noka's order not to count Greece's boxes as a scheme to delay the process.
Excerpts from the debate:
Noka to the commissioners: Every vote from Greece should be passed on to the CEC for counting. All other votes should be passed on.
Candidate of the Initiative Albania Becomes: Flag, isn't this a postponement of the process?
Noka: Who are you?
NShB candidate: I am Ledian Ahmati, representative of Albania Becomes.
Noka: You go away, I'll ask how many soldiers you are.
