The process of counting preferential votes of candidates for deputies running on the open lists of political entities participating in the May 11 elections continues throughout the country.
Based on the votes counted so far, it turns out that the most voted for nationwide is Agron Malaj, the SP candidate in the Dibra District, who has 12,492 preferential votes.
And behind him is Sara Mila, the socialist candidate for the Elbasan District, who has 10,693 preferential votes, leaving behind many names of political heavyweights.
Klevis Jahaj and Damian Gjiknuri are the other two names from the SP candidates on the open lists who have collected over 10,000 preferential votes. They have received 10,504 and 10,031 preferential votes, respectively.
Meanwhile, from the list of candidates of the DP-ASHM, the most voted name is Shkëlqim Shehu, who is running in Kukës, and who has 7493 preferential votes.
