Former minister Ylli Manjani, with the permission of Klement Balili, took all the videos of politicians and officials who went to have sex and orgies at the "Santa Quaranta" hotel in Saranda, which his wife Etleva Çiço said were " factory of millions".
With the intimate videos he received, the "maniac" Ylli Manjani blackmailed officials himself and through realtors, demanding and receiving millions of lek, under the threat of publishing them in the media, on social networks and sending them to their families and of lovers.
The victims of the pressure of the videos Ylli Manjani took and used were several ministers, former ministers, deputies, mayors and central directors who stole millions with tenders, who were forced to give millions of lek in exchange for silence.
Even most of them were directors of LSI; such as Roads, ALUZNI, Mortgage, Seaport-Durra, Prisons, Railways, Education, QSUT, Transport, AKU, Agriculture, Medicines Fund, Civil Aviation, Albanian Post, etc.
At Klement Balili's hotel, they went with their lovers; thinking that they were safe in their privacy, since "Eskobari" belonged to the "LSI Family", but they didn't know that they were being recorded and the videos ended up for business at Ylli Manjani.
SPAK can clarify this crime by receiving the 7 reports of SHISH and Anti-crime of Saranda in February 2014-April 2016, where it is said that Klement Balili handed Ylli Manjani the videos of clients.
SPAK, let it also receive the 23 complaints made to the Commissioner of Personal Data, made against the "Santa Quaranta" hotel, with the accusation that Klemend Balili made recordings inside and outside the hotel on behalf of himself and Ylli Manjani, who used them for benefits through blackmail.
As evidence, SPAK received the statement of Ylli Manjani, made in the media on February 28, 2017, one month after his dismissal as Minister of Justice; where he says that he has seen and has videos of ministers, politicians and officials with lovers at Klement Balili's hotel in Saranda.
Ylli Manjani also extorted millions of lek from the wanted persons, who were hiding and staying together at "Eskobar's" hotel, whom he did not report even though he was the Minister of Justice, but also by notifying them to escape, when the Letters-Orders came from INTERPOL , Ylli Manjani blocked, hid and did not hand over these Order-Letters to the prosecutor's office.
