We will continue to support Ukraine for as long as is necessary for a lasting peace to occur. We are aware of our capacities. Ukraine needs the help and support of the largest and richest of our democratic community. We see with concern that this support sometimes stalls because Ukraine turns into a matter of internal politics or that very long bureaucratic delays occur," he said.
Meanwhile, at the summit being held in Tirana for Ukraine and the Western Balkans, President Zelensky proposed the production of ammunition with the Balkan countries.
500 defense companies in Ukraine are not enough to win over Putin, Zelensky said.
"During this war, we have shown that it is possible to face and win over an enemy that seems to be the strongest in the world. Any nation can succeed when different nations cooperate. We propose to interweave our efforts and strengthen them. We are proud to have 500 companies in the field of defense in Ukraine, and each of them adds to our strength, but it is not enough to win over Putin. We see problems with the supply of ammunition that affect the battlefield, so we are interested in co-production with you and our partners. Our team will present the proposals and we propose a special forum for the defense industry between Ukraine and the Balkans". , said the Ukrainian president.
