Democratic leader Sali Berisha confirmed during a conversation with his followers on social media that the opposition will participate in both the electoral and territorial reform, for which the Albanian Parliament has also established two special commissions.
Berisha said that the DP and its allies, together with the citizens, are determined to engage in a final battle to remove the representatives of the narco-state and establish a technical government with two main goals.
"First, electoral reform and the conduct of elections.
Secondly, territorial reform and the development of local elections.
And of course, renouncing any form of blocking actions or orders of the justice system," Berisha said.
