A serious accident occurred in Pristina, where a car left the overpass and ended up in the axis of the underpass, where a 17-year-old man died as a result.
The accident happened around 03:00 on Monday morning, where 3 people were traveling in the car, among them the young man who lost his life. The head of the intensive care department in Kosovo, Shaqir Uka, said that the 17-year-old could not survive his injuries.
"There was a 17-year-old boy with us. Unfortunately, he could not withstand the consequences of his injuries. He passed away around 10:00 p.m.," said Uka.
The reasons for the accident are still unknown, but it is suspected that the driver lost control. Kosovo media also shared a video after the accident, where you can see the vehicle that ended up on the road after falling off the overpass.
