Edward Ferguson, the United Kingdom's Ambassador to Belgrade, has held both Serbia and Kosovo equally responsible for the lack of progress in the dialogue between the two countries.
He urged Kosovo to form the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities, as foreseen in the 2013 Brussels Agreement. He also appealed for Serbia to respect its commitments, including not obstructing Kosovo's membership in international organizations.
Ferguson underlined that the 2023 Ohrid Agreement offers a clear path towards normalization, but implementation requires political will from both sides.
