The Vetëvendosje Movement party in Kosovo has reacted after the incident that happened in the Assembly of Kosovo, where Prime Minister Albin Kurti was hit by PDK deputies while he was talking about the situation in the north of the country.
The Vetëvendosje movement has condemned the violence caused today in the parliament, describing the PDK deputies as a gang of thugs who attacked the Prime Minister and ministers of Kosovo.
"Organized crime and the outstretched fist do not stop us from bringing order and constitutionality to the Republic. Today in the Assembly of Kosovo, the outstretched hand of those who do not want Kosovo's citizenship, democracy and law, tried to make a fist. While Prime Minister Albin Kurti was giving a speech telling about the battle of the Republic of Kosovo for the extension of law and order in the north of the country, some PDK deputies attacked with fists, like a gang of thugs, the Prime Minister and the ministers of Kosovo", wrote the Party . Vetevendosje movement.
The Vetëvendosje movement has described the attack as a coordinated action between different branches of the same gang.
"This attack is being made against the first government of Kosovo, which does not have any minister or deputy minister controlled by Belgrade. This attack is taking place precisely at an important moment in the diplomatic confrontation between Kosovo and Serbia. This attack came as a coordinated action between different branches of the same gang: some of them call themselves MPs, some call themselves journalists, and some protestors. But Kosovo will move forward in consolidating its citizenship, despite such attacks. The SELF-DETERMINATION movement! remains dedicated and committed to justice and the criminals who have harmed society and our state to unjustly enrich themselves, will not be amnestied", said Albin Kurti's party.
