Liridona Ademaj-Murseli's brother, Leonard Ademaj, spoke after the hearing that was held today at the Basic Court.

"Liridona was killed in the most cruel and macabre way possible. She was a strong wife, sister and mother and turned out to be a heroine for her children as well. We are restraining ourselves because she never wanted to see us in this state", said the brother of the deceased.

He added that on the critical day Liridona was at our house, and you told her not to go stay, you also told the children to stay with their uncle, but she decided to go.

"After he arrived in Pristina, he talked to his father and told him that they had arrived but that they were going to have dinner. I was at work and my wife called me and told me that they killed Liridona, I thought it was my aunt's son because his name is Liridona. The situation at home was very bad, the parents were upset. I didn't want to believe that Liridona had died, I went to Gjakovë hospital and asked you to give sedatives to the parents and we continued on our way to Pristina", declared Leonard Ademaj.

He added that when he arrived at KKUK, the police told me that I should go to the police station in Dragodan, when I got there Naimi was being interviewed and the child.

"Uncle has come forward, they have attacked us, they have begged us for money, I do not want to give it to them. We're in the middle of nowhere, dad took us, we're walking on the road, we forgot mom in the middle of nowhere," the deceased's brother tells what the children told him.

Leonardi emphasized that "I can't imagine what state my sister was in when she saw your husband run away from the car with the two children".

He added that the children have not yet understood that your mother has died.

"There were no days of faith, we believe in Kosovo's justice system. We have had contact with the children, they are fine. Naimi's parents are taking care of them," said Ademaj.
