57-year-old woman found dead, investigations begin

A 57-year-old woman was found dead in an abandoned apartment in Fushë Kosovë.

According to the latest information, the victim has been identified as Hysa Latifi. According to the initial investigations by the medical team, no signs of violence were observed on the victim's body.

Police units, investigators and regional forensics immediately went to the scene, while the attending physician pronounced the death at 11:20.

By order of the State Prosecutor from the Serious Crimes Department, the case has been initiated as an "Investigation into Death", while the body has been sent for forensic examination at the IML, to clarify the exact causes of death.
