Osmani: January 17, a day of multiple losses but also of national pride

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has paid homage in honor of Jusuf and Bardhosh Gërvalla and Kadri Zeka.

She then stated that January 17th marks a day of great loss but also a day of pride associated with these important national figures.

" January 17 is one of the most terrible days for our nation, for our people ," Osmani said in a video published on the Presidency's Facebook page.

" It is the day when Jusuf and Bardhosh Gërvalla and Kadri Zeka were cruelly killed. At the same time, it is also the day when Smajl Hajdaraj was killed. It is also the day when we lost our national hero, Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeg. A day of multiple losses, but at the same time a day of pride for our nation ," she added.
