The Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina has filed charges against Naim Murseli, Granit Plavë, Kushtrim Kokalla and Tom Dodajt, for the murder of 30-year-old Liridona Ademaj, a crime that occurred on November 30, 2023.
According to the indictment, the victim's husband, Naim Murseli, ordered and planned the murder of Liridona, promising Gani Plava a sum of 30 thousand euros. It is learned that Naim Murseli hatched the plan to eliminate his wife as revenge due to family and marital problems between them.
The file states that initially Naim Murseli asked his cousin, Kushtrim Kokalla, to kill the 30-year-old mother of two boys, but he refused.
After refusing to commit the murder, Kushtrim Kokolla introduced his cousin to Granit Plava, and the latter undertook to carry out the execution for the sum of 30 thousand euros. While the weapon with which Liridona Ademaj was killed was provided by Naim Murseli himself. He bought the weapon with 20 cartridges for 280 euros, from the accused Tom Dodaj.
Meanwhile, the file details the moment of the execution of the 30-year-old woman by Ganit Plava, who at the moment she was shot in the head was in a vehicle with her two minor sons and Naim Murseli.
According to the accusation, the latter held his wife by the arm so that she would not leave.
Naim Murseli's plan to murder Liridona, the staging of the robbery and the agreement to pay 30 thousand euros to Dorasin
According to the indictment, due to the disordered family and marital relations, during which anger and a desire for revenge arose in the first defendant Naim Murseli, the latter has now made a plan to remove the late Liridona from his life.
The indictment states that after June 25, 2022, when the life insurance policy in the name of Liridona Murseli was paid with the Folksam company, in the amount of 3,000,000 Swedish kronor, in order to have financial benefits after the murder, Naimi disclosed the plan to liquidate his wife to the third defendant (Kushtrim Kokalla) and asked him to find an opportunity to kill her.
The indictment states that initially, Kokalla refused and then found the second defendant, Granit Plava, with whom he introduced Naim Murseli and that the three agreed that Granit would commit the murder with an agreement that Naim would pay him compensation in the amount of 30 thousand euros.
Meanwhile, on November 29, 2023, Naimi is said to have obtained the firearm and 20 cartridges, which he purchased at around 2:00 PM on the same day from the fourth defendant Tom Dodaj for the amount of 280 euros, and which weapon he gave to the second defendant - Granit Plava.

I maskuar e me pistoletë, Granit Plava qëlloi me një plumb në kokë Liridonën
Sipas aktakuzës, më 29 nëntor 2023, në intervalin kohor prej orës 20:11 deri në 20:18 në fshatin Bërnicë në rrugën “Dalip Alshiqi” në Prishtinë, i pandehuri i parë Naim Murseli me veturë në të cilën ka qenë tani e ndjera Liridona dhe fëmijët e tyre të moshës 4 dhe 6 vjeç, pas marrëveshjes paraprake, i ka dhënë shenjë me drita të veturës të pandehurit Plava, për çka ai befas ka dalë përpara veturës me maskë në kokë dhe pistoletë në duar, derisa i pandehuri Murseli, ka ndaluar dhe ka fikur motorin e veturës dhe me dorën e tij e ka mbajtur Liridonën për krahun e dorës së saj të majtë.
Gjithnjë sipas aktakuzës, i pandehuri Granit Plava për kompensim në shumën prej 30 mijë euro, nga afërsia e drejtpërdrejtë përmes dritares gjysmë të hapur nga ana e pasagjerit, ka shtënë një fishek nga pistoleta në drejtim të Liridonës dhe e qëllon në kokë, në pjesën prapa veshit të djathtë, duke i shkaktuar lëndime vdekjeprurëse, ku për pasojë ndërroi jetë në vendin e ngjarjes. Vdekja e saj, sipas raportit të autopsisë erdhi si rezultat i gjakderdhjes së brendshme dhe të jashtme.
Me këtë, Granit Plava akuzohet se në bashkëkryerje me Naim Murselin dhe Kushtrim Kokallën ka kryer veprën penale “Vrasje e rëndë” nga neni 173, par.1, pika 1.6 lidhur me nenin 31 dhe 34 të Kodit Penal.
Në pikën e tretë të aktakuzës, Granit Plava ngarkohet se nga 29 nëntori 2023 rreth orës 14:00 deri më 1 dhjetor 2023 rreth orës 16:15, ku është kryer bastisja në shtëpinë e tij në Cërmjan, Komuna e Gjakovës, ku është gjetur arma, pa autorizim dhe në kundërshtim me Ligjin për armë, ka poseduar pistoletën së bashku me 19 fishekë, me të cilën ka kryer veprën, e të cilën armë Naimi e ka blerë më 29 nëntor 2023 rreth orës 14:00 nga i pandehuri i katërt Tom Dodaj në shumën prej 280 euro.
Me këtë, Plava akuzohet se ka kryer veprën penale “Mbajtja në pronësi, kontroll ose posedim të paautorizuar të armëve” nga neni 366, par.1 të Kodit Penal.

With this, Kushtrim Kokalla is accused of having committed, in complicity with Naim Murseli and Granit Plava, the criminal offense of "Aggravated Murder" under Article 173, paragraph 1, point 1.13 in conjunction with Articles 31 and 34 of the Criminal Code.
Kokalla did not report the murder, even though Naimi had admitted it in the hotel room.
Kokalla is also accused of knowing that immediately after committing the murder of the now deceased Liridona, the defendant Naim Murseli (who admitted this while they were in the hotel room the same night after the murder) and the second defendant Granit Plava had committed the criminal offense, but the defendant Kokalla did not report the perpetrators or the criminal offense of murder, in the planning of which he actively participated together with Murseli and Plava, and in which case the competent authorities initially investigated it as a robbery until two days later when he was arrested (on December 1, 2023).
With this, Kushtrim Kokalla is accused of having committed the criminal offense of "Failure to report criminal offenses or their perpetrators" under Article 378, paragraph 1, point 1.1 in conjunction with Article 34 of the Criminal Code.
Tom Dodaj sold the gun to Mursel from Plav for 280 euros
