Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic said that the blowing up of the Ibër-Lepenc water channel in Zubin Potok of Kosovo was staged by Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
In the press conference he gave today from Belgrade regarding the event, he listed 5 reasons why Kurti would dare to organize an attack of that magnitude against the vital infrastructure of Kosovo.
According to him, after this act, Kurti wanted to introduce the army in the north, declare the Serbian List a terrorist organization, gain points in the polls before the elections, damage Serbia's European path and continue the oppression of the Serbs in the north.
"I will show five reasons why it happened. Do you know what happened 9 minutes after Kurti was allegedly notified? It wasn't much of a surprise to him.
1-After nine minutes, KFOR received a request for the stationing of the KSF in the north of Kosovo.
2-On Wednesday there are talks in Brussels. And everyone knows that Serbia is progressing faster. That is why it was important that Serbia was not part of the whole story with Berlin and Paris. That's why they wanted to do the same scheme as last year, as on Wednesday a decision will be made whether to open the chapters for us or not.
3-The lists for the elections to be held on February 9 are closed until the 12th. It is necessary that Lista Serbe be declared a terrorist organization so that they cannot participate in the elections.
4-We are talking about personal electoral benefits, with the claim that he protected Kosovo's independence from the bad Serbs.
5-And the fifth is an attempt to further oppress the Serbian community, by raiding houses and making people's lives hell," said Vucic.
