A week ago, DASH announced a list of "non-women" that included officials and former officials of the Balkans, among them the former mayor of the municipality of Kaçanik in Kosovo, Xhabir Zharku, who was once one of the former - the KLA commanders.

Zhark, who according to the DASH report is involved in acts that undermine democracy, is banned from entering the United States of America. This sanction weighs on every family member of the former official.
