In the new state of Kosovo, the Law on Notary was an expected desire of the citizens because it guarantees and increases legal security.
Citizens thought that Notaries or Notary offices will now offer them safe services and the contracts certified by them will be enforceable.
But, contrary to expectations, the Notary in Kosovo turned out to be disorganized and without information about the contracts that are notarized.
This is what happened to a citizen who bought an apartment and a bar, hoping that he secured his future and that of his family.
