The Serbian List has reacted after the failure of the referendum for the dismissal of the mayors in the four municipalities in the North of Kosovo.
Through a statement on social networks, Lista Serbe writes that they were ready to change the presidents, but they did not want to be part of what this political entity calls "part of the game of the regime in Pristina".
This subject already publicly admits what Vjosa Osmani stated before, that they intervened in this election process to prevent the free participation of Serbian citizens in the voting.
"The first is that Lista Serbe was deeply right when it called on the Serbian people not to participate in this show of Kurti's game because it was created from the beginning with the intention of failing.
Second, we want to clearly reiterate that we were more than willing to participate in this process to look back and replace these bogus mayors in our municipalities, but we did not want to play games directed by the regime in Pristina that would have sense of the whole process prevent the removal of Kurti's pullets, and then they would present it as some kind of legitimacy.
Thirdly, today showed what democracy looks like under Albin Kurti, with long pipes, special forces and armored vehicles at the polling stations, cameras recording voters and how they go, advisers at election boards, election boards with no Serbs on them and fast Serbian language in many polling stations.
Today showed a high degree of unity of the Serbian people who remained consistent with themselves, but also gave evidence that it is not the Serbian list and Serbia that are scaring the Serbs, but Kurti and his illegal para-police units, which resulted in the streets of empty in the north of Kosovo today", says their post on 'Facebook'.
