This Saturday, the Kosovo Police conducted the third action in the North of Kosovo, this action is related to the September 24 terrorist attack in the village of Banjské in Zveçan.
She clarified that the raid started around 10:00 in the morning, where a quantity of weapons and explosives were found in the place known as "Three Rokaqie" in North Mitrovica.
Also, the Kosovar authorities have clarified that EULEX and KFOR EOD officials were also present during the controls.
During the inspection it was learned that they were found; 87 TM 100 type explosives, 3 hand grenades (zola), 1 AK-47 automatic weapon, 1 MRUD type anti-personnel mine, 14 magazines, ammunition of various calibers, 63 electric detonators, 23 mechanical detonators, 1 hour for activation and 1 M79 hand grenade.

Prishtina, October 14, 2023 - The Special Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), and the Kosovo Police (PK), inform the public that in the wake of the commitment and implementation of police activities to preserve constitutional order, provide security and prevent activities criminal, the Kosovo Police, respectively relevant units, today implemented a control order in the northern part of the country.
The Special Prosecutor's Office announces that by order of the court, the Kosovo Police has carried out checks in seven locations in the northern part of the country, related to the events of September 24, 2023.
Also, we inform you that the checks were carried out in different locations, four in North Mitrovica, two in Zveçan and one in Banjska.
During these controls, in a basement of one of the three solitary confinement cells in North Mitrovica, a quantity of ammunition, Kalashnikovs, zola, explosives, etc. were found.
Officials from EULEX also participated in these controls, while the EOD - KFOR was also present at the three skyscrapers, as well as the EOD of the Kosovo Police is at the scene.

"Bags, radios, bulletproof vests, medical equipment, vests (vests for carrying magazines), gas masks, batteries, etc. ," says the police announcement.
