A year after the tragic event, where Liridona Ademaj was cruelly killed, her brother, Leonard Ademaj, has given serious details of the crime, which he learned from the investigations of the Prosecutor's Office.
According to him, while they were inside the car together with their minor children, her husband, Naim Murseli, grabbed her by the arm, so that she would not leave and that the murder could be carried out as easily as possible.
1- How has this year been for you and your family without Liridona?
Unable to give an interview with figures, because our father had a surgical intervention and his health condition is serious, also today we are busy with the anniversary of the sister, a sad day.
It is now 1 year since the murder of my sister, Liridona Ademaj.
We as a family are in constant contact with the prosecutor as far as they are able to find time for us, although we would have liked to meet more often. However, Liridone's murder is one of the most serious cases that has happened to our country, both in terms of the nature of the victim and the criminal and cunning actions of a man against a mother in front of their children.
2- Do you believe in justice and to what extent are the investigations?
We understand that the prosecution must prepare the indictment according to the law and in a professional manner and for this there is still a deadline based on the law.
But the filing of an indictment as soon as possible and the maximum penalty provided for by the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo is a relief for us as a family and for all the self-sacrificing and benevolent people of Kosovo.
The murder of Liridona Ademaj happened in complicity by being planned, finding the executioner, buying the weapon and together with 3 organizing and executing the murder of the wife of the co-perpetrator Naim Murseli, according to his order in a very cunning way.
So, it has become completely clear that Naimi has asked Kushtrimi to help him kill Liridona by giving him support in planning and organizing the murder by finding a person he knows who can do this job.
Kushtrimi had found the doran Granit Plava as the adequate person according to Kushtrimi.
According to their planning, they had asked Granit to execute the plan, which on the critical night, according to the coordination, Granit Plava executes our sister holding Naimi tightly by her arm, in the car in the presence of two minor children. It is unimaginable how my sister felt (betrayed and unprotected by the person who was supposed to protect her) at that moment when her car was slyly stopped, perhaps as a result of a robbery, and she was suddenly grabbed by the arm by her own husband. her. In addition to the absence until eternity that we will have, this is the thing that we as a family and the children are suffering the most.
3. A message to all the people who were affected by the loss of Liridona and where are her children today, how are they?
We are also in constant contact with the children who came under the care of the social and competent bodies in Sweden, whom we thank for their commitment.
The children are most worried about the fact that they were in the car and how their father squeezed their mother's arm at the critical moment so that the murder could be carried out as easily as possible.
We thank everyone for their condolences, sympathy for the pain and solidarity with us as a family and similar cases in Kosovo, which we hope never repeat.
