The trial for the murder of Liridona Ademaj will begin today.
The news was announced by her brother, Leonard Ademaj, through a Facebook post, where he shared details about the legal process and emphasized the family's faith in the justice system.
"I inform you that the trial of the case of the cunning murder of our sister Liridona Ademaj begins tomorrow at 11:00 at the Serious Crimes Department of the Basic Court in Pristina. We as a family believe in justice and hope that the trial will be efficient, professional, without errors, without delays and transparent," he writes.
The case was initially reported as a "robbery with consequences of murder," but Kosovo Police, two days later, announced that they had arrested two people, including Liridona's husband, Naim Murseli, who is currently among those accused of her murder.
In addition to Murseli, Kushtrim Kokalla, Granit Plava and Tom Dodaj are also accused.
