The arrest of Milun Milenkovic, one of the organizers of the attacks on KFOR members in Zveçan, has provoked strong reactions from Serbs in northern Mitrovica.
After the arrest, the Serbs attacked the Kosovo Police and their cars, where during the tension of the situation three policemen were injured and the official car was damaged, Telegrafi reports.
In a video, you can clearly see the moment when a Serb attacks the Police car, throwing a large stone at it.
It was the Minister of Internal Affairs, Xelal Svecla, who confirmed Milenkovic's arrest.
" Kosovo Police today arrested Milun Milenkovic-Llune, one of the leaders of the criminal formation 'Civil Defense' and the leader of criminal gangs that over the years have terrorized our citizens, attacked members of the Kosovo Police and the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. The same person was also the main organizer of the attacks against KFOR forces and the Kosovo Police in Zveçan ", the minister announced.
