Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that Kosovo is dedicated to order, law and fighting corruption in the same line as the United States of America and Great Britain.
At the Investment Summit in the Western Balkans, which is being held as part of the Summit in London, Kurti said that Kosovo is in line with these two countries in terms of political values, as well as business values.
" We are dedicated to order, law and the fight against corruption in line with America and England, both in political and business values, especially after the Russian aggression in Ukraine ", he said in his speech on the question that why it should be invested in Kosovo.
Kurti also mentioned the progress in economic development and institutional stability, which, according to him, has helped to combat security risks.
" Kosovo leads the Western Balkans in terms of projects in the years 2024-2025, we also have progress in law and order and advancements in political and civil rights and electoral democracy. This positions Kosovo in a favorable situation on the global map. We have a workforce, the average age of Kosovo is 31 years old. We have an open market economy that creates a good environment for businesses. We are well placed for technological investments, out of 23 European countries, Kosovo comes 11th in the ranking, leaving behind all candidate countries for EU membership. In these three years, we have doubted both exports and foreign direct investments, we still need investments of this type ", he said.
