The head of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, reacted after the confirmation of EU sanctions against Kosovo. Haradinaj says that he requested a motion for the dismissal of Kurti, as he was aware of the dead end that Kosovo is entering.
Haradinaj says that EU sanctions and US warnings show that the government is on the wrong path and that there is no hope.
The former Prime Minister of Kosovo continued by saying that it is time for all those who have a primary interest in Kosovo to unite and implement the motion for the dismissal of the Kurti Government.
He says that the reluctance to act at such a time of crisis for the country is complicity.
"Dear citizens of Kosovo,
Aware that Kosovo with this prime minister is entering a dead end, a few days ago I requested a motion for the dismissal of Albin Kurti.
The EU sanctions against Kosovo and the warnings of the USA that the Government of Kosovo is on the wrong path, prove how dangerous and hopeless the situation is, which unfortunately will continue to deteriorate more and more.
Therefore, today is the time to act and unite all those who have a primary interest in Kosovo, whether in the opposition or even majority deputies, and implement the motion for the dismissal of this Government.
The reluctance to act in times of such a deep crisis with unimaginable consequences for the country is complicity.
