The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has responded to the threatening statements of the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic.
She said that his statement is a continuation of public threats that Vucic will attack Kosovo.
Osmani added that Vucic will fail, just like all of Serbia's failed efforts so far.
"Just like in the past, he must know that he will fail, because all the efforts of Serbia from 1998-99 onwards to conquer Kosovo and have the territory of Kosovo have failed. The first, because of the sacrifice of the people of Kosovo and our liberation war, and the second, because we have always had friends, freedom-loving peoples who, together with us, have defended the most important values of freedom and democracy ," said Osmani.
During the interview for Telegraph, Osmani said that Kosovo is lucky and blessed to have its allies in its arms.
"Even today, 25 years later, when in June we will celebrate this jubilee anniversary of the liberation of Kosovo, we are lucky and blessed as a people that we have our allies in our arms, who together with us, as they have recently declared, will protect every inch of Kosovo. So Vučić will fail again, but through these statements he is revealing a very important fact, and this is that he is the continuation of Milosevic's mentality, which seeks territories and never cares about people's rights and freedoms". President Osmani said, among other things.
