Serbia has started to fan the flames of war again.
The director of the so-called office for Kosovo in the government of Belgrade, Petar Petkovic, has commented on a statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, Donika Gërvalla, that accuses the Serbian leader of being "the extended hand of Putin" and that the West can to break out a war in the region.
But according to Petkovic, the last wars and the ethnic cleansing of the Serbs was carried out by Albin Kurti.
" When they cannot talk about economic successes, about new projects and jobs because they are mental names, nor about peace and compromise because these are forbidden concepts for them, in Pristina they beat the drums of war and wave their weapons again to cover their footprints and their disastrous policies, also to avoid the formation of the Association of Serbian Municipalities, which was signed and agreed upon in dialogue 11 years ago ," he said.
Petkovic continues his claims about Gërvalla's interview in the Croatian media "Večernji List", writing that this is a reflection of hatred and obsession towards Vučić.
" We will continue to maintain peace and advocate for compromise and lasting normalization of relations, and may Prishtina continue to spread hatred and intolerance with inflammatory rhetoric and seek new conflicts." Their words speak for themselves ," he said.
