The government of Serbia has decided on Monday to allow cars with RKS license plates to be allowed to circulate within its territory.
The decision was announced by the director for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, Petar Petkovic, saying that they are implementing an agreement signed by Borko Stefanovic, now a Serbian oppositionist.

" This decision does not prejudge the determination of the final status and cannot be interpreted as Belgrade's consent to deviate from the rights guaranteed by Resolution 1244 of the United Nations Security Council ," the text of the denial states.
