
The Basic Court in Pristina has sentenced the suspect in the case of the murder of Oliver Ivanović to 20 years and six months in prison in January 2018.
Marko Roshič has been sentenced to 8 years in prison for participating in or organizing a criminal group related to serious murder, as well as a 10,000 euro fine.
Nedeljko Spasojevic has been sentenced to 4 years and 6 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense reclassified from organized crime to abuse of office. He was also fined 4,500 euros. The time spent in custody will be credited to the same.
Dragisha Markovic was sentenced to 4 years in prison for complicity and misuse of official position or authority.
Meanwhile, Zharko Jovanovic was sentenced to 4 years in prison for complicity in the crime and to a fine of 1,500 euros for possession of weapons.
