The maneuvers are revealed / The director who returned the license to
Kosova Klan building

The director of the Business Registration Agency, Pranvera Prestreshi, appears in a conflict of interest. One of her relatives is a lawyer with "Klan Kosova" and the suspicions are that the return of the license happened precisely because of the connections between them...

Another scandal has been discovered over attempts to legalize "Klan Kosova" television. The latter's license was suspended after it was discovered that the company run by the Devolli brothers is registered in Macedonia and financed by Serbia. However, yesterday the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK) announced that it has returned the television license, with the argument that the company had made a request for the accuracy of the data.

But today this decision has been cancelled. This is because the director of the Business Registration Agency, Pranvera Prestreshi, appears to be in a conflict of interest. One of her relatives is a lawyer with "Klan Kosova" and the suspicions are that the return of the license happened precisely because of the connections between them. Today ARBK has announced that the license will remain suspended, sinking one of the televisions that has often been accused of serving Serbs.

The television itself has resumed the attacks. " Klan Kosova continues to believe that the actions of the last few days, as well as today's, are a clear tendency to disable the action of the independent media and the expression of free speech. Klan Kosova, as it has been until now, will notify all organizations and institutions of the media and journalists in the country and the world, the diplomatic representations and international missions accredited in Kosovo, about this step," the announcement states .

According to an investigation by the Kosovo media, the "Empire" of the Devolli brothers has risen strongly and immediately since the Democratic Party of Kosovo came to power in 2007. The ownership of Klan Kosova television, based on documents provided by "KosovaNews", begins from an Albanian citizen when it was opened in 2008, it is bought by a citizen of Kosovo in 2013, then the same transfers the ownership to his company opened in Macedonia where he is registered as a citizen of Serbia. Then it is sold in 2015 in the tax haven of British Virgin Island and ends up again in North Macedonia in 2021, where the current owner also has it registered in the ownership of his company opened with a Serbian passport with the address "Djakovica, Serbia" (srb Gjakovë, "Serbia" sic.)!
