Kamberi called on all Albanians of the Presheva Valley to use their right to vote.
The candidate for deputy in the Assembly of Serbia, Shaip Kamberi of the "Political battle of Albanians continues" list, has already cast his vote in the elections being held there.
In a post on Facebook, Kamberi called on all Albanians of the Presheva Valley to exercise their right to vote.
"I invite the Albanians of the Presheva Valley to massively use their right to vote and ensure parliamentary representation", wrote Kamberi.
While in his statement before the media, he stated that Kosovo and Albania are not to blame for the fact that the Albanians are competing in these elections with two lists.
“Let's see maybe the cold weather, the winter, the short day, what impact it can have. However, I believe that we will manage to pass the census necessary to have a mandate.... Today is the time of elections, today is the time to motivate people, not to look for the culprit. All those who participate must convince their electorate of the importance of participation and invite them to come out. Neither Kosovo nor Albania can be at fault, that both Kosovo and Albania have made efforts, primarily Kosovo that started this process, to unify a list, it was not achieved and now we don't have time to mourn today". Kamberi wrote further.
He expressed optimism that he will manage to win enough votes to be elected an Albanian deputy in the Parliament of Serbia. Kamberi emphasized that there is no place for pessimism in politics, or you have to leave the profession.
