Dafina Zeqiri's support for the group Shkodra Elektronike has been unconditional throughout their journey at Eurovision. The singer has not hesitated to promote and publicly show her appreciation for the song "Zjerm", which grabbed 173 points from the public and was welcomed with enthusiasm.
However, despite high expectations and positive reactions, Albania placed eighth in the grand final, a ranking that was considered disappointing by many fans.
After this result, Dafina did not hide her disappointment. In a short but clear post, she expressed:
"Eurovision's politics should be suppressed," implying that according to her, the result did not reflect the artistic merit of the song, but was influenced by other non-musical factors.
