Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West's former personal assistant, has filed an expanded lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of sexual assault and coercion.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE magazine, Pisciotta states that the events occurred during the period when she worked for West, from 2021 to 2022. The allegations include repeated instances of harassment and an episode considered oral rape, and situations where he exercised physical and psychological violence against her.
This new lawsuit comes more than a year after the initial one, where Pisciotta had raised allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior, explicit messages and indecent videos.
Meanwhile, the artist, legally known as "Ye," has yet to publicly respond to the new allegations. The case is expected to go to court in the coming months.
