House Democrats on the Oversight Committee have released photos and video from Jeffrey Epstein's private Caribbean island. The footage sheds light on what was once the epicenter of the convicted sex offender's abuse of girls and young women.
Several videos show the backyard of a luxury resort-style home, complete with a swimming pool, palm trees and a walkway overlooking the ocean. One photo appears to show a desk with a blackboard: words such as “power”, “fraud”, “truth”, “music” and “politics” are written on it.

Other photos show various areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms and a space with furniture resembling a dentist's chair, while a phone with names registered on speed dial, such as Darren, Rich, Mike, Patrick and Larry, is also shown.

According to CNN, the material the Commission brought to light on Wednesday is being released for the first time and is all from Little St. James Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The release of the photos and videos comes shortly after Donald Trump signed a bill that forces the Justice Department to release documents related to Epstein.
The publication of the so-called Epstein files is eagerly awaited and could happen in the coming days.
Robert Garcia, a Democratic congressman on the Oversight Committee, said these images and videos offer a disturbing glimpse into the world of Epstein and his island, while emphasizing the need for full transparency in the ongoing investigation into his crimes.
"We are releasing these photos and videos to ensure the transparency of our investigation and to help create a complete picture of his horrific crimes," he stressed.
