BBVA4 residents were invited to write love letters to their loved one, or a former partner, whom they considered the 'love of their life'.
Although the relationship with Olsi Bylyku is known to everyone, Egli chose to dedicate an emotional letter to Gjesti, where she expressed her feelings and the difficulties she has experienced within the house. While reading the letter, Gjesti was surprised by her words, while Egli was moved to tears.

Egli further indicated that he did not dedicate the letter to his ex-partner because he did not want to hurt or create misunderstandings about Olsi's current girlfriend.
"For some other reasons of the current nature of that former relationship, that I don't want to leave room for misunderstandings for anyone else, or make anyone else upset," Egli said on Prime.
