In the morning or evening, when it is recommended to take a shower

If you think that choosing the time of day to shower is simply a matter of personal preference, a doctor would advise you to reconsider.

According to doctors, an evening shower with warm water is preferable. It helps release melatonin, the hormone that promotes sleep. The return of body temperature to normal levels after getting out of the shower and drying off with a towel also contributes to this process.

Also, an evening shower cleanses the body of dirt and impurities that accumulate during the day.

Furthermore, for people with dry and sensitive skin, there is an additional reason to include a shower in their bedtime routine, as this way they go to bed with more hydrated skin.

On the other hand, a morning shower helps remove bacteria and secretions that accumulate during the night, allowing us to start the day from a more "hygienic" base.

However, in general, an evening shower offers more benefits to the body.
