"The plaintiff, Xhensila Kallaku, and the defendant, Besart Kallaku, entered into a marriage between them, which they celebrated on 13.06.2018, as evidenced by the marriage certificate issued by the Civil Status Office 381, Administrative Unit no. 9. The litigants are affectionately known.
The plaintiff and the defendant met at a very young age. They have built their relationship on the basis of love and mutual respect. The litigants started living with each other in 2011, in the apartment of the defendant's parents.
On September 1 (one) of 2017, the parties performed the de facto marriage. After the celebration of their wedding, the parties have started cohabitation", says the lawsuit filed in court.
As he continues: "Marital relations have been good and harmonious. In the last two years, the couple's relationship has deteriorated, due to constant misunderstandings, which, despite dedication from both sides, have not found a common language for a final solution.
The couple has not been living together for about a year. In the conditions that the marriage has remained formal, it no longer works, and has lost its meaning for which it was entered into, the plaintiff addresses the Court with a lawsuit for the dissolution of this marriage and the regulation of the consequences that come from it", it is stated in the lawsuit for dissolution of marriage .
