A man who sells autographs has claimed that the rapper punched him. The lawyer who until recently represented the rapper in the case in question says that West terminated their partnership on June 21. Since then, he has tried several times to get the fee from the artist, but he himself refuses to even talk to him.
"The defendant refuses to speak with his attorney and refuses to pay his attorney's fees," according to court documents obtained by ABC 7.
Brian Brumfield's hearing is set for July 29. This isn't the first time Kanye West has been in trouble with the law. Recently, he and his wife, Bianca Sensori, were sued by Yeezy company staff.
Kanye West's wife, Bianca Sensori, is accused of sending pornography to staff members, including minors. The sensation, 29, allegedly sent one of the employees a link with sexual content after the rapper announced the creation of an adult film production company called Yeezy Porn in late April. These videos were accessible to underage employees during the development of the pornographic app, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
