The London Blues, led by interim manager Calum McFarlane, secured their place in the final round of the FA Cup with a narrow 1-0 win over Leeds United in the semi-final at Wembley on Wednesday. In the second half, Leeds tried to react and equalize, but the Blues' strong defense, with Robert Sanchez making several important saves, kept the goal intact. The score remained 1-0 until the end.
Chelsea will now face Pep Guardiola's Manchester City in the FA Cup final on May 16 at Wembley. For the Blues, this is a golden opportunity to salvage a disappointing season as they aim for their first trophy under interim manager Calum McFarlane.
