Dinamo has been declared the winner of the Albanian Cup, after defeating Egnatia 3-2 in the final held at the “Air Albania” stadium. A spectacular and high-paced challenge, which did not end without tension after the final whistle.
At the center of the debate was Dinamo coach Ilir Daja, as well as the match referee Enea Jorgji. During the match, the referee faced several difficult episodes to manage.
The match was temporarily suspended in the first minutes due to an injury to goalkeeper Teqja, while the referee also issued two red cards, one for each team, increasing the tension on the field.
Despite the episodes and controversies, in the end the celebration went to Dinamo, who regained the Cup trophy and lifted this prestigious trophy for the 15th time in history.
