The AFL published this evening all the decisions of the Disciplinary Committee.
Butrint, who plays in the Second Category, has been sentenced to four games without fans, this after the lack of security in the stadium.
Also, seven players of Partizan U-19 and Vllaznia U-19 have been sentenced to ten match suspension due to a massive fight in the match between them in the "Arena e Demave".
Full decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1- KF Butrinti, for not fulfilling the obligations and responsibilities by not guaranteeing the safety of the players and match officials, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1 and 17/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 ( two hundred thousand) ALL and the development of 4 (four) matches without spectators in the respective stadium. Pursuant to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
2-The player of KF Erzeni U-21, Madrid Bantacur Davidson, for attacking opposing players, based on Article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with 5 (five) matches suspension from the activity.
3- The player of KF Korabi U-21, Bernardo Fida, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from the activity.
4- FC Besa U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the First U-15 Category, against Atletik Klub U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
5- FC Djelmia Shkodrane, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match of the First U-17 Category, against KF Shkodra, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0.
6- The player of FK Partizani U-19, Kristi Gjeta, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.
7- The player of FK Partizani U-19, Enea Kokomani, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.
8- The player of FK Partizani U-19, Oresti Rifa, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.
9- The player of KF Vllaznia U-19, Fabian Lekaj, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.
10- The player of KF Vllaznia U-19, Jozef Marashi, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.
11- The player of KF Vllaznia U-19, Arkel Likaj, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.
12- The player of KF Vllaznia U-19, Gerald Kubazi, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.
