The Disciplinary and Ethics Commission has published today the decisions for the past week. Edi Martini has been suspended for two matches, after the challenge with Egnatia where he left with a red card. The Vllaznia coach has been punished for protesting against the decisions of the match officials. Not only that, as First Category clubs have also suffered.
Thus, Ramadan Ndreu from Kastrioti has been sentenced to a two-match suspension for provoking spectators. Romeo Bizhdili from Besa has been sentenced to a four-match suspension for unsportsmanlike conduct. Elton Kllogjeri from Pogradec has also been sentenced for the same reason. Lushnja, meanwhile, will be without player Fadil Meta for two matches, for provoking spectators.
Decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee:
1- KF Vllaznia, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of repetition of the incorrect behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
2- FK Vllaznia official, Edi Martini, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
3- AF Elbasani, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that, in the event of repetition of the incorrect behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
4- Flamurtari FC, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repeated delays in the timely implementation of tasks according to the Activity Regulations, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
5- KF Iliria, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that, in the event of repetition of the incorrect behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
6- KF Iliria official, Redon Cani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
7- KF Laçi, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that, in the event of repetition of the incorrect behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for by the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
8- FK Kukësi, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of repeated delays in the timely implementation of tasks according to the Activity Regulations, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
9- AF Luftëtari, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that, in the event of a repetition of the spectators' misconduct, they will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
10- FK Pogradeci official, Elton Kllogjeri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
11- KF Lushnja player, Fadil Meta, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activity.
12- FC Besa official, Romeo Bishdili, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
13-KS Kastrioti official, Ramadan Ndreu, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) match suspension from activity.
