The Disciplinary Commission in the AFL has given a solution after more than a month to the incident of violence that broke out in the women's match between Tirana and Vllaznia, leading to the abandonment of the challenge between the two rival teams for the top of the ranking .
The last decision issued by the Discipline. In a way, both teams have come out as losers of the said challenge. The cause of the violence is the team of Vllanzia, which, according to Discipline, loses the match on the table.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1-"KF Vllaznia Femra, for causing the interruption of the match against KF Tirana Femra, being responsible for the acts of violence and the violation of the basic rules of good behavior, based on articles 6/3/j, 16/1, 17 /2/a, 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with the loss of the match on the table with the result 3-0", it is initially written in this decision.
2-But then, Tirana also loses the 3 points gained, but in a different way. The white and blue suffered for not taking organizational measures, removing three points from the classification. "KF Tirana Femra, for not taking safety precautions, neglecting to fulfill the obligations for the organization of the match and consequently the final interruption of the match between KF Tirana Femra against KF Vllaznia Femra, based on articles 6/3/g, 16 / 1, 17/1 of KDE, is punished with the deduction of 3 (three) points in the classification", it is written in the Disciplinary decision.
3-However, other punishments have been given for the event in question, excluding for this season the president of Vllaznia for women, Lazër Matlija, as well as the director of Tirana for women, Edonisa Aliu.
4-"The official of KF Vllaznia Femra, Lazer Matija, for physical attack on the players and officials of the opposing team, causing acts of violence in the match between KF Tirana Femra against KF Vllaznia Femra, based on articles 6/2/a , 14/ 1/h and 14/1/i of KDE is punished with exclusion from the activity for the football season 2023-2024. Pursuant to articles 6/2/b and 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence.
5-The official of KF Tirana Femra, Edonisa Aliu, for physical attack on the players and officials of the opposing team, causing acts of violence in the match between KF Tirana Femra against KF Vllaznia Femra, based on articles 6/2/a, 14/1 /h and 14/1/i of KDE is punished with exclusion from the activity for the football season 2023-2024. Pursuant to articles 6/2/b and 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence", it is emphasized in the relevant decisions for both.
6-Meanwhile, no decision has been given at the moment for the football players who were involved in the massive fight between the two teams or the other members of the two teams.
