The Disciplinary Committee has published the decisions regarding the opening week of the Superior Category.

The two-game suspension of the coach of Egnatia, Edlir Tetova, for provocation of the fans stands out.

Meanwhile, Tirana, Egnatia and Vllaznia have been warned about the wrong behavior of the fans and in case of repetition, there will be punishments.

Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:

1. The official of FK Egnatia, Edlir Tetova, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

2. The official of FK Egnatia, Emiljano Bishdili, for protesting the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of ​​the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

3. FK Egnatia, based on article 6/1/a of the KDS, is warned that in case of repeating the wrong behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to the disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Sports Discipline and the Regulations of the AFL.

4. KF Vllaznia, based on article 6/1/a of the KDS, is warned that in case of repetition of the wrong behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Sports Discipline and the Regulations of the AFL.

5. KF Tirana, based on article 6/1/a of the KDS, is warned that in case of repetition of the wrong behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to the disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Sports Discipline and the Regulations of the Football Federation.

6. The acceptance of the request of the petitioner Davi Bregu. Skenderbeu Football Club, for failure to execute decision no. 1, dated 10.06.2022 of the National Chamber of Conflict Resolution, based on Article 29/1/b of the KDS, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.

7. Accepting the request of the petitioner Edon Hasani. Tirana Football Club, for failure to execute decision no. 5, dated 09.07.2021 of the National Chamber of Conflict Resolution, based on Article 29/1/b of the Civil Code, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.

8. Accepting the request of the applicant Asion Daja. Tirana Football Club, for failure to execute decision no. 5, dated 02.06.2023 of the National Chamber of Conflict Resolution, based on Article 29/1/b of the Civil Code, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.

9. Acceptance of the request of KF Egnatia for the conversion of the remaining part of the sentence for the player Albano Aleksi based on Article 75 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

10. Acceptance of the request of KF Gramshi player, Arbër Baku, suspension of the remainder of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the Civil Code, will be 6 (six) months.

11. Dismissal of the request of the official of KF Turbina, Andi Bibo, not based on the Sports Discipline Code.

12. The dismissal of the request of the player of KF Tirana, Besir Iseni, as not based on the Code of Sports Discipline
