Albania U-21 starts preparations for the qualifiers of the 2025 European Championship for this age group, as the coach of the Reds and Blacks, Alban Bushi, has revealed the list with the names of the 23 players who will gather for the first two challenges of the tournament.
The U-21 national team plays its debut transfer match against Armenia on September 8 (17:00, City Stadium - Abovyan), while on September 12 it will host Romania in the match played at the "Elbasan Arena" stadium, starting at 18:30.
Albania has been drawn in Group E together with Romania, Switzerland, Finland, Montenegro and Armenia. A total of 10 players come from Albanian championship clubs, while the rest are active abroad.
